     Catering Capers founder and Executive Chef, Justin Chiricos is a graduate of the Johnson & Wales Culinary Institute in Charleston, SC.  He began his culinary career under the supervision of master chefs from Florida and South Carolina. From private 7 course chef tastings for 10 people to large corporate events of over 2500, Chef Justin offers the finest catering available in the North Florida region regardless of party size. He began specializing in weddings because he wanted to be a part of making a couple’s moment in time memorable and special. Other members of our culinary trained team include our Director of Sales, Katheryne Veldhouse, who specializes in one-of-a-kind menu designs and several Keiser University graduates.
