Many heartfelt - and belated - thanks for the great job you all did catering my wedding. The food was delicious and got rave reviews from all who attended. We appreciate your attention to detail, from the pre wedding assistance all the way to the scrumptious and plentiful meal and beautifully arranged buffet table. I was very impressed with everything! Many thanks as well to Kim and staff. She sought me out before the meal, introduced herself and assured me we were in capable hands along with encouraging me to come to her with any "issues"--------------which was not necessary, as there weren't any! The entire staff was very competent and helpful with clean up and Kim made a point to see if we were happy with the event and we most certainly were!! Many thanks to all involved for contributing to an unforgettable wedding!

When we first met with Catering Capers, we knew that we were dealing with Professionals, and not just some company that has over-marketed themselves to un-deliver. Catering Capers proved to me, my husband and all of our guest that they deserve the title as the "BEST" catering company that goes along with all of their reviews. From the first meeting until the end of the night these guys were focussed, paid attention to detail and provided us with the most memorable wedding reception. The food was ""OUTSTANDING" to say the least. Almost all of our guests have commented that it was the finest food and presentation they had ever had. We can't say enough about what an excellent job they did!!!

Hats off to Catering Capers! Every aspect from meeting with Katheryne, Sales Director, to taste testing with Chef Justin and all up until and including the wedding day was excellent. We received lots of compliments on the buffet meal. The fried green tomatoes appetizers set the southern theme and were excellent. The event staff, i.e., event mgr., wait staff, and bartenders were all very professional and accomodating with any of our needs. Catering Capers assisted with the ordering of table linens which was one less thing we had to worry about. PERFECT WEDDING WEDDING/RECEPTION!!!

Catering Capers provided to me the best experience I could have ever dreamed of from the first email contact to the day of the event. Katheryne Veldhouse Sales & Marketing handled the event her responsiveness was within 30 minutes of my first email letting me know they were available and sending me a menu; I was concerned because my wedding was not big but she let me know right away that no matter how big or small they would handle my needs. We planned meetings to go over the menu and she answered all my questions right away. She was very professional and which let me stop worrying about this portion of the wedding. They have a very professional website with information about the chefs' bios and testimonials from customers. We set up everything and then had to make some changes toward the end with no problems --- always available to talk with. The Quality of service I can not say enough the food was excellent and the day of the event the staff worked hard; with using our dishes set up clean up. The staff was there for my wedding, and I did not even have to ask they knew how to handle a wedding. Everything was PERFECT! THANK YOU Catering Capers for making this day wonderful.

I was beyond impressed by the tasting session and food that Justin was able to create for us. He was able to meet every request in regards to food selections. Also, I have heard nothing but raving reviews from our wedding guests about how awesome the food was, even to the point that it was the best cuban food that they have ever had!

Katheryne Veldhouse couldn't have been any nicer. She was extremely helpful with her advice. Never having planned a wedding before she and the whole company were great. The guests at the reception couldn't say enough about the food. The servers were excellent.

Catering Capers did a wonderful job catering my wedding. I was able to pick out exactly what I wanted for the cocktail hour and for the buffet dinner. They also did a great job on the bar service! Everyone raved about the food!

Catering Capers was wonderful! Katheryne was always very easy to reach and great to work with. The food was DELICIOUS - we have had many of our guests tell us it was the best food they've ever had at a wedding before. I fully agree with them, everything tasted amazing! They also handled the ordering of several rental items for us and it could not have been an easier process.

My husband and I cannot say enough wonderful things about Catering Capers. Everyone that we worked with - Katheryne, Chef Justin, event chef, wait staff, etc. were incredible! They are so accommodating and strive to make your event as stress-free as possible. Their attention to detail is impeccable! Justin and his team at Catering Capers were wonderful! We were impressed by their suggested menu of heavy h'orderves for our small wedding and we loved that we were able to have a tasting of a few things off of our menu in advance! That helped with any changes that we may have wanted to make, but we just added a fried green tomato slider that was amazing! All of the food was incredible and that was the first compliment we got from all of guests! Everyone loved it! I would highly recommend Catering Capers!

The food and beverage cost will be the most expensive category of your wedding budget. To get the biggest bang for your buck, I would recommend Catering Capers. Here are a few reasons why they are superb. First, they answered all our questions and gave us suggestions or advice. Second, there were no nickel-and-dime fees. We told them what we wanted, and they were more than willing to accommodate our requests or let us what they will cost. Third, the food was excellent. We enjoyed our tasting as well as the catered food. Our guests gave us compliments on the dinner selections. Finally, the service was extraordinary. The staff went out of their way to make our event special. My husband and I were blessed to have them cater and bartend our wedding. He still even talks about their appetizers.

We have nothing but great things to say about Catering Capers. When we first contacted Catering Capers we were working directly with Justin. He was amazing! After a few months we began working with Katheryn. The transition was a little rocky at first but it was smooth sailing after. We highly recommend Catering Capers for any catering needs. I have referred them to many people. This company will not dissapoint. The only issues we had the day of the wedding was with the plastic goods (forks etc) were supposed to be rolled in the napkin. Instead they were tossed loosely in a basket. Also - our food was buffet style where you served yourself. This was great except the workers behind the table didn't tell people what the marinara sauce was for. Those were really the only two complaints we can think of. Food was excellent. Our wedding attendees are still talking about it. I am still craving it myself. Highly recommend the seared bradley's sausage in champagne mustard sauce. Delicious! I was very pleased with Catering Capers at my son's wedding. The food was wonderful and the staff was very professional. Catering Capers was the best choice I made for my wedding! Katheryne was extremely helpful and responsive at every juncture of the wedding planning process. She provided insights on menu selections, food set-up, and even took care of all of our china/glass rentals. They also offer a complimentary tasting after you've selected your menu, which is extremely helpful and not many catering companies in Tallahassee provide this. The tasting not only showcased Justin's superb culinary talents, but also provided a preview of what our guests would be eating. I'm still receiving compliments from the food they prepared for our wedding. I'd definitely choose them again for any major catering event in the future!

Catering Capers did a fantastic job with our wedding reception from food to linens. Katheryne and her team were very professional and flexible. My husband and I knew what we wanted to serve and how it was to be prepared and Catering Capers listened. Justin gave us a tasting prior to our wedding to sample some of our food items which gave us the opportunity to make a few changes. All of our guests commented on how fabulous the food was and stated that they had never been to a wedding before when everything they put in their mouths was this delicious. The team that served on our wedding day were professional in attitude and dress. Well worth the money spent.

Catering Capers did an amazing job for my daughters wedding weekend. From the rehearsal dinner party to the bridesmaids brunch and then the wedding reception, everything was delicious and beautifully prepared. Each event was unique and our guests raved about the food.
