Katie created the perfect wedding cake for my special day! She was very flexible even when I changed the idea for my wedding cake near the wedding date and helped me create a unique wedding cake from a picture that I sent her.
All the guests raved about how delicious both the wedding and grooms cake were and how wonderful they looked. The grooms cake was COMPLETELY gone by the end of the reception and there were only about 3 pieces of wedding cake left. I can't wait to open our topper up next November!

Katie did an amazing job putting both my cake and the groom's cake together - my husband couldn't have been happier with his cake!! He took a picture of it and made it his desktop background. We also got tons of compliments about how yummy the cake was, and our group was split down the middle whether they preferred the chocolate or the cream-cheese pound cake! Katie made my life so easy with all of her help and advice, including contacting my other vendors (for example, the florist and reception venue) to figure out things like flowers on the cake and delivery time!! I was surprised at how easy and relaxing it was to plan a wedding with awesome vendors, like Katie's cakes!

I enjoyed having Katie make my wedding cake, she was open to my decisions about the design of my cake and she even gave me insight on a few things. Her cakes are delicious and even my grandmother who is a true baker was pleased. Katie was flexible about payment options as well as letting you meet with her on your schedule. Katie Rocks!

Great service, great price and awesome cake!!! Our cakes were so good there was NONE left at the end. We will be ordering a cake every year on our anniversary! Katie was very easy to work with and did a fantastic job on both of our cakes.

Katie was so great! She was able to help me to find what it was that I wanted and she created a very unique cake for us. We chose not to do a groom's cake and instead we were able to embed certain images and symbols that were representative of my husband. It was a perfect union of my tastes and his flare that was very subtle and you had to be told what to look for. She definitely made our day extra special!

I loved Katie! This is the place for cake! It is seriously the best cake I have ever had, hands down. She was so flexible and listened to what we wanted. My groom wanted a map that was in Zelda (a video game) for his cake, she took the picture we had and made an amazing cake! Everyone was impressed with both cakes and I loved them so much, I wanted to take some with me on the plane to our honeymoon! I can't wait to eat the topper in a year!

Katie made our wedding cake and groom's cake and they were absolutely delicious. People are still telling us how much they enjoyed the cakes. Not only were the cakes delicious but they were both a beautiful work of art. There is nothing better than being able to describe your vision of something to someone and then have it become a reality and Katie did just that with both our cakes.

Our cakes were amazing! Katie took our ideas and created a beautiful wedding that tasted amazing. Katie was on point with my husbands grooms cake, he was very impressed with how it turned out and he's pretty picky! We are still getting compliments on them! Katie was great to work with, flexible and answered all our questions. We feel that we definitely got our money's worth and them some! Thanks Katie!

Our cake was incredible! Katie was very flexible to work with and helped take my inspiration pictures and change them into reality. The cake was very fresh and tasted amazing. We are still receiving calls from guests wondering where our cake came from and what flavors we chose. I primarily work on the computer, and Katie communicates more over the phone, so occasionaly there was a slight delay in our communication between phone calls and emails, but Katie is very professional and the end product was delicious. Compliments to Katie!

Katie's Cakes makes the BEST cake in town! She met with me several times to discuss what kind and shape and decorations on the wedding cake I prefer. She helped me a lot with the design since I was clueless when it came to wedding cakes! I decided to go with the red velvet cake with white chocolate cream cheese icing and not only was the 3 tiered, square cake GOREGEOUS to look at, but the red velvet cake was delicious as well. Everyone kept telling me that cakes often don't get eaten at weddings with all the other things going on (like appetizers, dinner, cocktails and other drinks) but the entire cake was GONE in minutes. We did save the top layer for our anniversary but the other 2 layers were gone that night. I also recommend the chocolate kahlua cake flavor for a grooms cake or for chocolate cake lovers!

I came to Katie's cakes after attending my childhood best friend's wedding. She used Katie and had a beautiful and scrumptious cake. I fell in love with a cake I found on theknot.com and they recreated it prefectly! We had so many compliments on the look and taste of the cake! I went with Katie's signature cake, it was moist and delicious. I have recommended Katie's to everyone I have come into contact with getting married soon. Amazing cake! I was impressed with the design suggestions that Katie came up with and in love with the cake when I saw it sitting at our reception. It tasted amazing and we have been eating leftovers since the wedding!

Everyone at the wedding raved about how delicious the cake was (cream cheese pound cake with cream cheese icing). The only issue i had was the cake was suppose to have raspberry filling that was missing. The guests didnt know and the cake still was incredible. I am doing business again with Katie later this month.

Our wedding ceremony was on the beach and the reception was on the lawn next to the beach. We have a beautiful photo of our cake set up with the water in the background. Katie’s signature flavor is light and refreshing and was the perfect choice for our event. Katie’s creative skills truly captured our lightheartedness when she designed a sand castle cake for all 120 of our guests to enjoy.
Family and friends commented first on the creativity and look then on the how tasty the cake at the event! We are still get phone calls from people who could not attend when see the photos of it!!
