Outstanding venue! We planned to hold the wedding outside, but weather pre-empted this. They were able to set up the party in doors and returned my payment for the outside set up without being asked. The owners were available to assist our planner in getting the venue set up. And the venue itself is marvelous - beautiful live oaks, fantastic reception hall (with full kitchen, which the caterers love) and a large, wrap around porch. Loved it!

Kathy is the best! She is very easy to work wit, answers emails/phones, and very professional. The contract with Bradley's is very easy to understand (no lawyer needed). Basically you pay for what you want, and what you don't need won't be added to your bill.
The grounds are HIGHLY KEPT UP!! Very neat, private area that sits on a very beautiful pond! It was worth every DIME!!!!!! You won't be disappoointed at all.
Thank YOU!!!

I am really glad that I made the decision to have my ceremony and reception here. At first I had my reservations, but the day of the wedding could not have been more beautiful. The sun shining through the trees, the shade that the trees provided for my guests, and the images my photographers were able to capture really helped to take my country chic w/ a vintage twist wedding to the next level [see pics]. All of the staff were helpful and attentive and they really allowed me the flexibility to make the space my own and not as cookie cutter (although having such a blank slate also makes it difficult to fill it, so remember that as well). Overall, I am thankful that I was able to have the ceremony and reception in the same place, which cut down on costs and helped make the experience more enjoyable for my guests. I highly recommend this space if you want an outdoor wedding.

Kathy at Bradley's Pond made it very easy to have our wedding there. The venue was perfect for our Rehearsal dinner and Wedding Reception. Michael was also a great help the day of.

We had our wedding at Bradley's Pond and it was gorgeous!! It really was the perfect location - a great price for the entire day, no required vendors, and a location with indoor and outdoor elements that isn't a park with random people walking by during your vows. Kathy and Michael were both great to work with. I would recommend it to anyone!

The Retreat at Bradley's Pond was a wonderful venue for my daughter's wedding reception. It is a wonderful site for a reception. There are plenty of tables & chairs, various types of lighting, and a recessed DJ or band area that does not take away guest space. Caterers love the big, commercial kitchen. The wraparound porch is wonderful as are the views from the porch and many windows.
Kathy (office) made the reservation process very easy. She always responded quickly to messages and emails and answered all of our questions. Michael and Mr. Page wwere very helpful each time we were at the venue.
I highly recommend this venue for it's setting, the wonderful building & views, and the staff!

I cannot stress how fabulous The Retreat at Bradley's Pond was to work with. I found their site and immediately fell in love. The scenery, the warmth the "southern-ness" of it was sooooo US. I worked with Kathy Armstrong(she's the BEST) and both Mr. Page's. Anytime I wanted to go out to the venue and look inside, they were able to accommodate me with no issues! I must've called Kathy at LEAST twice a week leading up to my wedding & each time she kindly, patiently and sweetly answered all of my questions. In fact, she was SO on top of things I really didn't have to stress about much of anything! I would recommend Bradley's Pond to any bride who is looking for a venue in Tallahassee. We were able to do our ceremony AND reception there and it made it SO much easier on our guests! LOVE LOVE LOVE Bradley's Pond!

Cathy and Mr Pages were great! We had a beautiful wedding at the Retreat at Bradkeys Pond. The weather was cold when we were married so we chose to be wed indoors near the fireplace and have the guests seated in reception style seating. It worked great! We loved the fact that they allowed us to bring in any caterer of our choice. The people at Bradley's were so helpful in answering any questions we had leading up to the ceremony and made the whole process so easy. I would definitely reccommend this venue to another bride!!

The Retreat at Bradley's Pond is an excellent venue for weddings and receptions. I could not be happier with the way my wedding and reception turned out!! The rental cost is a value and includes tables and chairs for the reception. The retreat itself is beautiful and they work with you from beginning to end. Kathy always answered my questions and was always extremely friendly and helpful. I loved being able to have everything in one location! Thank you to everyone at Bradley's Pond for helping to make my wedding wonderful!

The venue was great and perfect, Mike was awesome, and Kathy was hot and cold. I know they get a ton of questions, but at times they made me feel like I was a burden. I was the paying customer. There we times when I would follow up, because the contract would state one thing and they would be telling me another (my maid of honor, future husband and family noticed this), but I was receiving the cold shoulder. I tried my best to provide as much information to them, so they could provide me the service that I wanted, but Kathy made it feel as though I was giving too much and her emails became snippy. Her emails even had the tone of 'how dare you not know what to do'. It wasn't fun, but a necessary evil.
